  Brought a laptop in to diagnose a no sound issue, device sat there for a few days before they called me to factory reset due to a virus; informed that cost would be $75.
  
  Explained that I would prefer not to do this if possible and queried if they had checked the hardware; to which they responded this is what we need to do to diagnose, despite already telling me issue was a virus?
  
  After performing the reset they gave me another call two days later informing it was a hardware issue on the motherboard and that it wouldn't be worth replacing due to cost being $400-500.
  
  Took laptop to another place and issue was fixed for $120.
  
  Very lazy and unprofessional service, seems like they couldn't really be bothered looking into it properly. Save your time and money.

  There is an actual aussie there can't remember his name, but quite professional and very helpful. Took me less than 5 minutes to get things done if it isn't too busy. Really great service, definitely recommend going there instead of all the other phone shops. Very responsive.

  I had my phone display replaced because it got cracked. The staff performing the replacement didn't take much care because the outer display housing of my phone has damage all around it from the tool used to pry the original display off, the new display doesn't sit flush with the outer display housing in one area because of an excess of glue used, and there's excess glue all around the edge where the new display was put in.
  
  The price and time taken was reasonable, and the location was convenient, but I was disappointed with the quality of the job. Next time I would rather spend the money doing it myself if I had the time.
  
  The staff were friendly and communicative which was a plus though because they would notify me frequently abpout the status of the display arriving from the warehouse.

  Had my screen replaced and the battery was pushing against the screen causing it to buldge out and not fit nicely with the phone. Came in two months later to get a new battery and screen. My phone became unresponsive any time I make a contactless payment. Took it back but the guy with glasses just laughed and said there is nothing wrong and he doesn't know how to fix it. Not coming back again.
