  I am a Hypnotherapist and like Lisa have been running a very successful practice for many years. Although we do specialise in some similar areas, my area of expertise is not with Children under 13yrs old. So I have no hesitation to recommend Lisa [ as I often do] to Parents that are looking for someone with the expertise and qualifications to help their Child to overcome their fears and habits, that may be holding them back academically/socially or life in general.

  Our daughter was having some issues around self confidence and anxiety related to Maths Examinations. The change in her mood and confidence after a few trips to see Lisa was wonderful to see. She would leave her sessions with new found self belief and positivity. This alone would have been a great result for us, but Hannah proceeded to sit and pass her exam with a different mind set. Thank you for helping our daughter navigate this tricky time in a warm, safe and nurturing environment Lisa.

  Lisa was my lecturer for the 16 week course at the Institute of Applied Psychology. Her knowledge and understanding of hypnotherapy is second to none. She has an amazing ability to disseminate all of the most relevant and pertinent information aimed at helping us to be the best practitioner possible. I highly recommend attending Lisa's classes to get the most out of either study. If you are looking for a highly skilled hypnotherapist to help you achieve your goals you need not go past Lisa.

  I have seen Lisa 3 times for sessions as well as my teen son.
  Meeting Lisa is like walking into a warm hug, I felt immediately safe, respected and cared for.
  My first session with Lisa involved lengthy discussions, back and forth flowing conversations that challenge your own self and also reaffirm your beliefs.
  I have personally struggled with an extreme situation for the last 3 years and I was struggling to find any joy and confidence.
  Lisa heard me and asked me what I needed from her.
  So with that settled, we began my first hypnosis session.
  It literally felt like I’d stepped onto a cloud and was floating safely, guided by Lisa’s voice. I felt very relaxed - almost like a guided meditation.
  I continue to see Lisa because each time I walk away inspired, lighter and stronger.
  The hypnosis is a wonderful tool for me, not only in the moment but for weeks and months after.
  My teenage son also had a session which has helped him tremendously get through senior years of high school and to deal with the trauma we have had to deal with.
  I highly recommend Lisa for Hypnosis, such a truly nurturing human, with such a passion for what she does, Lisa really is a truly wonderful hypnotherapist with a cracking sense of humour and a world full of life experience.
  I do not hesitate for a moment in recommending Hypnotherapy with Lisa.

  Lisa helped me greatly with the passing of my Dad. I was able to come to terms with reality and enjoy the time left I had with him.
